Virginia Tech Indian Students Association celebrates Holi

On March 21, 2009, the Virginia Tech Indian Students Association celebrated Holi: The Indian Festival of Colors. Holi celebrates the start of spring with games where participants drench one another with colored water (using squirt guns) and colored powder, which is intended to symbolize spring.
